It is no secret that the vast majority of plan participants are not on track to meet their retirement goals and we believe it is our obligation, in partnership with the plan sponsor, to take every step possible to make a tangible impact upon the future income stream for our client’s employees.

There are certain plan design features (i.e. Automatic Enrollment, Automatic Increase) along with the utilization of target-date/lifecycle funds, when in conjunction with all the various web-based investment tools, can assist in making an impact upon the participant.

In terms of utilization of these features we have found that nothing has as much of a tangible impact upon the future income stream of a plan participant than a simple and direct 1-on-1 meeting to discuss their particular goals/objectives.

  • Welcome call to all newly eligible employees
  • Quarterly worksite visits for education and guidance
    • Group meeting with newly eligible to review enrollment process, paperwork and plan highlights
    • 20 minute 1-on-1 pre-scheduled meeting with existing plan participants
    • Instantaneous implementation based upon the 1-on-1 review (i.e. deferral changes, allocation changes)
  • Personalized Retirement Income Benefit Report to help participant identify where they are currently relative to their retirement income objectives and utilize as a basis for recommended course of action
  • Rollover service for terminating plan participants to help them in taking action while reducing plan level record keeping costs
